1. INTRODUCTION

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of KlirInvest ("KlirInvest", "we", "us", "our"), an educational investment analytics platform.

By accessing or using KlirInvest, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

2. NATURE OF THE SERVICE

KlirInvest is an educational analytics and decision-support platform.

KlirInvest does not:

• Provide investment advice
• Provide investment recommendations
• Predict or forecast market performance
• Execute trades
• Manage portfolios
• Act as a broker, dealer, or investment adviser

Nothing on KlirInvest constitutes investment advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell any security.

3. USER-PROVIDED DATA & ASSUMPTIONS

All portfolio data, assumptions, risk preferences, and inputs are provided by the user.

KlirInvest processes this information solely to generate analytical outputs based on the user's inputs.

You acknowledge that:

• Outputs are dependent on your inputs
• Different assumptions produce different results
• KlirInvest does not verify the accuracy or completeness of user-provided data

4. NO FIDUCIARY RELATIONSHIP

Your use of KlirInvest does not create:

• A fiduciary relationship
• An advisory relationship
• A client-advisor relationship

KlirInvest owes no duty of care, loyalty, or suitability to users.

5. EDUCATIONAL ANALYTICS ONLY

All analytics, simulations, scenarios, and insights:

• Are educational in nature
• Are provided for informational purposes only
• Are not personalized investment advice

Any decision-support features are intended to improve understanding, not to direct or influence specific actions.

6. MODEL LIMITATIONS & ASSUMPTIONS

KlirInvest uses analytical models that rely on:

• Historical data
• Statistical assumptions
• User-defined parameters

These models:

• Do not guarantee future results
• May not reflect real-world market behavior
• May perform differently during extreme or novel market conditions

7. USER RESPONSIBILITY

You acknowledge and agree that:

• All investment decisions are made independently by you
• You are solely responsible for any financial outcomes
• You should consult a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

KlirInvest shall not be liable for:

• Financial losses
• Investment outcomes
• Model errors
• Data inaccuracies
• Third-party data failures

Use of the platform is at your own risk.

9. THIRD-PARTY DATA & PROCESSORS

KlirInvest uses the following third-party data processors to deliver its services. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of third-party data. See our Privacy Policy for full data-sharing detail and additional recipient categories.

KlirInvest also relies on AI, market-data, and news providers described by category in our Privacy Policy.

10. MODIFICATIONS

KlirInvest may update these Terms from time to time.

Material changes will require renewed user acceptance.

Continued use of KlirInvest after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. If cancelled within 14 days of your first payment, a full refund will be issued on request. After 14 days, no refunds are issued for partial months or partial annual periods.

Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually). You will not be charged after cancellation takes effect, but no prorated refund will be issued for the remaining period.

12. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

13. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

The courts of England and Wales shall have jurisdiction to settle disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply in the user's country of residence.
