Acceptable Use Policy

Permitted Use

• Analysing your own portfolio data for personal educational purposes.
• Using the AI assistant to explore risk metrics, market context, and portfolio analytics.
• Sharing portfolio analytics with your financial advisor via the platform's sharing features.
• Using the API and embed widgets in accordance with the API Terms of Service.

Prohibited Use — AI Assistant

You must not:

• Use the AI assistant to generate investment advice, recommendations, or buy/sell signals for yourself or others.
• Redistribute, publish, or commercially exploit AI-generated outputs as financial advice or research reports.
• Attempt to circumvent safety guardrails, prompt injection protections, or compliance filters.
• Use the platform to provide regulated financial services without appropriate authorisation.
• Present AI outputs as professional financial advice to third parties.

Prohibited Use — Advisor Hub

Advisors using the platform must not:

• Use KlirInvest to execute, arrange, or facilitate trades on behalf of clients. The Advisor Hub is an analytics-only tool.
• Present KlirInvest scores, metrics, or AI outputs as regulated investment advice to clients without appropriate regulatory authorisation and disclosures.
• Upload client data without proper consent and a valid data processing agreement.

Prohibited Use — General

• Scraping, crawling, or automated data extraction beyond authorised API usage.
• Reverse-engineering algorithms, scoring models, or proprietary analytics.
• Using the platform for money laundering, market manipulation, or any illegal activity.
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits or Explore plan restrictions.
• Uploading malicious data, viruses, or content designed to disrupt the platform.

Enforcement

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy without prior notice. Serious violations may be reported to relevant authorities. If you believe content on the platform violates this policy, contact us at hello@klirinvest.com.
